1. Sponsor
The CPArcade Monthly Raffle is sponsored by Study Arcade LLC d/b/a CPArcade (“Sponsor”). Contact: hello@cparcade.com.
2. Eligibility
The raffle is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, officers, and immediate family members of Study Arcade LLC d/b/a CPArcade are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Raffle Period
Each monthly raffle begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time on the first calendar day of the month and ends at 8:59 PM Eastern Time on the last calendar day of the month. The random drawing is intended to occur at approximately 9:00 PM Eastern Time on the last calendar day of each month.
4. How to Enter Through CPArcade
Eligible participants may earn raffle entries by using CPArcade during the monthly raffle period. Current earning opportunities may include:
- Completing a Daily Challenge.
- Getting a perfect Daily Challenge score.
- Reaching streak milestones.
- Winning Full Game rounds or answering Full Game questions correctly.
Ticket values may be shown in the CPArcade interface. Regardless of activity level, a person may receive no more than 100 raffle entries in a monthly raffle period.
5. Free Alternate Method of Entry
No purchase is necessary. To enter without using paid features, email hello@cparcade.com with the subject line “Monthly Raffle Entry” and include your full name, email address, state of residence, and the month for which you are entering.
Each valid email request will receive one raffle entry. You may submit multiple requests during the monthly raffle period, up to the same 100-entry monthly cap that applies to all entrants. Requests must be received before 8:59 PM Eastern Time on the last calendar day of the applicable month.
6. Prizes and Approximate Retail Value
- One $25 Starbucks gift card. Approximate retail value: $25.
- One $25 Grubhub gift card. Approximate retail value: $25.
- One CPArcade cheat sheet bundle. Approximate retail value: up to $23.99, depending on availability.
- One free annual CPArcade subscription. Approximate retail value: $99.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a listed prize becomes unavailable.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the monthly raffle period. Sponsor intends to conduct the drawing at approximately 9:00 PM Eastern Time on the last calendar day of each month. Winners will be notified by email using the email address provided at entry. If a potential winner does not respond within seven days, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
8. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable monthly raffle period.
9. Taxes
Winners are responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes and any expenses not specifically listed as part of the prize.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, attempts to manipulate ticket totals, uses automated means to enter, violates these rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the raffle if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the promotion.
11. Privacy
Information submitted in connection with the raffle will be used to administer the raffle, contact winners, and operate CPArcade. See the Privacy PolicyStudy Notes for more information.
